Abstract: | A theoretical model has been developed to describe the weak-field growth of the magnetic susceptibility of inverse ferrofluid emulsion provided the interdroplet interaction is taken into account. The presented mean-field approach predicts a nonlinear dependence of the initial magnetic susceptibility on the droplet concentration and provides a good agreement with experimental data. © 2018, Institute of Physics, University of Latvia. |
