Abstract

In the article the identification control process points technique is presented that allows to eliminate excessive points of control as well as to achieve the desired result. The main technique idea is the identification of sub processes and functions, which have the greatest influence on the final result and its quality. The article contains the analysis of the control process points identification problem, the description of the technique algorithm and application advantages.
