dc.description.abstract	A description of various experimental and numerical studies on NOx emissions in the combustion of gas fuels is presented. The choice of the verification object is justified. The mechanisms of formation and decomposition of NOx are analyzed. The assembly of the mechanisms of formation and decomposition of thermal NOx was chosen. Verification of the thermal NOx formation model was performed using a CFD package. Verification was carried out based on comparing the results of numerical simulation with known experimental ones. The results of numerical simulation are analyzed. A method for increasing the accuracy of calculation of NOx formation in a combustion chamber is proposed.	en
