dc.description.abstract	In this paper, the role of the quantitative composition of solid solutions of Gd2O3-Y2O3 in the formation of the luminescent properties of Gd3+ ions was investigated by optical spec-troscopy. The main goal was to study the luminescence behavior of Gd2O3-Y2O3 under various types of excitation. Samples of Gd2O3-Y2O3 nanoparticles with different compositions were obtained by chemical precipitation from hydroalcoholic solutions.	en
