Abstract

FIELD: construction materials industry; other industries; methods and devices for production lime. SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of construction materials industry, in particular, to production of lime. In addition to construction industry it maybe used in other branches of industry, and also to be applied to calcination of other products. The technical result of the invention is more complete utilization of the raw at the high technical-and-economic indexes of the production process, including the average (up to 10 t/h) and small (up to 1 t/h) volumes of production. The method of production of lime by calcination of limestone of 0-10 mm fraction on the fire grate includes preparation of the charge by batching the levigated limestone and coke and their stirring and stacking of the gained charge on the fire grate, firing the charge from the inflamed fuel, its subsequent calcination and the classification of the calcinations products. At preparation of the charge the limestone is fractionated by size, each fraction is separately stirred with 6-12 mass % of coke, which particles size compounds 0.3-0.6 from the average size of the limestone fraction and the fine powder-like fraction intermixed with coke is granulated up to the granules size of 4-8 mm and place on the fire grate atop the bedding layer parting the charge and the fire grate. The rest fractions of the charge are put layerwise in the order of their coarseness increasing bottom-up. There is a characteristic of the installation for realization of the described method. EFFECT: the invention ensures more complete utilization of the raw at the high technical-and-economic indexes of the production process, including the average and small volumes of lime production, there is the characteristic of the installation for the method realization.

Изобретение относится к производству строительных материалов, а именно - к производству извести. Помимо строительной индустрии оно может использоваться в отраслях, использующих известь, а также применяться для обжига другой продукции. Техническая задача: более полное использование сырья при высоких технико-экономических показателях процесса, в т.ч. для средних (до 10 т/час) и малых (до 1 т/час) объемов производства. Способ получения извести обжигом известняка фракции 0-10 мм на колосниковой решетке включает подготовку шихты дозированием измельченных известняка и кокса и их перемешиванием и укладку полученной шихты на колосниковую решетку, зажигание шихты от воспламененного топлива, последующий ее обжиг и сортировку продуктов обжига. При подготовке шихты известняк фракционируют по крупности, каждую фракцию отдельно перемешивают с 6-12 мас.% кокса, размер частиц которого составляет 0,3-0,6 от среднего размера фракции известняка, а мелкую, пылевидную фракцию, перемешанную с коксом, гранулируют до размера гранул 4-8 мм и укладывают на колосниковую решетку поверх слоя подстила, разделяющего шихту и решетку, а остальные фракции шихты помещают послойно в порядке возрастающей снизу вверх крупности. Охарактеризована установка для реализации описанного способа.
