Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of cross-cultural management both in the inter- and intracultural context. The author underlines the necessity of intensifying sensitivity of the national economic system not only to outside technological tendencies of the development but the adequate cross-cultural sensitivity to different points of view on the same problems with the aim of their successful solutions. It demands the development of a multidimensional vision of the world that reflects the cultural diversity of interacting agents.
