Международные модели управления рисками: возможности применения и результаты

Abstract

Построение эффективной системы управления рисками в организации на основе признанных международных подходов – это возможность избежать возникновения негативного события или сгладить эффект от его наступления. Поэтому необходимо проанализировать существующий международный опыт с целью его адаптации и применения отечественными экономическими субъектами. Цель данной работы – проанализировать международные модели управления рисками и выявить возможности их применения для экономических субъектов Российской Федерации.

In this paper, the method of comparative analysis of two international models for risk management studied - COSO model and FERMA model. Options identified risk classification. A model of the process of risk management in organizations based on risk classification model FERMA. The analysis of-fered specialized concepts in the field of risk management by combining the conceptual apparatus of COSO and FERMA models. Also, the model of the risk management process applicable to any economic subject. Pre-sented risk classification visualized with the aim of better perception. The paper presents a form to describe the risks, developed on the basis of FERMA models and risk map that allows you to visualize the distribution of risk in relation to the level of tolerance.
