Abstract

It is noted that entire history of the scientific activity of Magnitogorsk state technical university named after G.I. Nosov it is pierced by the close and effective collaboration of university scientists and industrial enterprises specialists. The regional system of training highest qualification personnel is developed on the basis of generalization experience of long-standing collaboration with the industrial enterprises and systems approach. The competent selection of scientific studies thematics directed toward the solution of the vital problems of production, the effective combination of fundamental science and applied form, the use scientific potential of Institute of Higher Education for investigated problems are the basic principles of the successful functioning of the developed system of an qualification increase. The many-year experience of the collaboration of Institute of Higher Education and industrial enterprises proved the effectiveness of the developed system of training highest qualification personnel.
