Эрнст Малли и его "Деонтика"

Abstract

The author focuses on the construction of formalisms in the logic of norms and stresses that it is crucial to maintain the following distinctions: distinction between actual and abstract states of affairs; distinction between logical relations with respect to these states of affairs; distinction between the logical properties of normative regulations that exist in a society and strategic goals of social agents. The author then demonstrates on the basis of E. Mally's deontic calculus how disregarding these distinctions has fatal impact on the formalisms.

Разграничение между фактическими и мысленными ситуациями, логическими отношениями между ними, а также логические свойства нормативных установлений, действующих в обществе, и линий поведения, избираемых социальными агентами, играют важную роль в создании формализмов в логике норм. В статье на примере деонтического исчисления Э.Малли показано, что нивелирование значения этих аспектов нормативного регулирования приводит к нежизнеспособности формализмов.
