Постсоветское пространство в российско-американских отношениях

Abstract

The main purpose of the paper is to investigate the Russian-American relations at the present stage. The text is examined an unsolved problems of relations between the two countries. The author touched upon topical differences, including recognition Abkhazia and South Ossetia as independent states, using natural gas resources to blackmail neighboring countries, supporting Georgia in the conflict. Much attention is paid Georgia’s integration into NATO.

Статья посвящена изучению нерешенных проблем в отношениях между Москвой и Вашингтоном. Автор затрагивает вопросы, касающиеся признания Абхазии и Южной Осетии в качестве независимых государств, использования Россией энергетического оружия и поддержки Вашингтоном Тбилиси во время «пятидневной войны». Много внимания уделено расширению НАТО на восток.
