Особенности международного сотрудничества французских территориальных коллективов

Abstract

В статье проанализированы основные формы и методы децентрализованного сотруд­ничества французских территориальных коллективов и их властей. Определена гео­графия связей, выявлены основные партнеры, рассмотрена тематическая направлен­ность проектов сотрудничества на всех континентах. Установлены возможности и пре­делы децентрализованного сотрудничества, его приоритетные направления и основ­ные проблемы. Выделены модели партнерских отношений с разными странами мира.

The study analyzes the main forms and methods of the decentralized cooperation of the French territorial groups and their authorities. The geography of connections and the main partners were identified, theme orientation of the cooperation on all the continents was examined. The legislature analysis has made it possible to identify opportunities and limits of the decentralized administration. Study of the project’s subject area showed the priority areas of cooperation and revealed the main problems. Analysis of the strategy of cooperation allowed to mark out the main models of partnership among different countries.
