Юридическая литература в екатеринбургской библиотеке В. Н. Татищева

Abstract

Рассмотрен процесс формирования коллекции литературы по юриспруденции и нормативно-правовых актов в Екатеринбургской библиотеке Василия Никитича Татищева (1686—1750). Помимо описания изданий, в работе воссоздается исторический контекст, выдвигаются гипотезы о причинах приобретения того или иного издания, сфере интересов автора коллекции и характере его использования.

The article is devoted to the process of creation of the law books and regulatory legal acts collection in the Yekaterinburg Library named after V. N. Tatishchev (1686-1750). Besides the description of publications, the article contains reconstruction of historical context, hypotheses about the reasons for the acquisition of different publications, information about the sphere of interests of the author of the collection and the pattern of its use.
