Именования женщин в новгородских берестяных грамотах XI-ХIV вв.

Abstract

The given article is dedicated to the feminine personal names analysis in Novgorod elm writings which were disregarded until now. The structure and ways of women’s naming in old Novgorod (by means of proper, calendar or noncalendar names, or by name of a husband), nomination characteristics underlying apocryphal women’s names as well anthroponyms functioning (both canonical, and noncanonical; not only female but also male – as the generating basis for female name) as are examined in detail in the article.
