Критерии оценивания креативных кластеров

Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу критериев оценки креативных кластеров, в частности на территории бывших промышленных объектов. В статье будут проанализированы крупные и наиболее известные креативные кластеры страны (в частности, г. Москвы и г. Санкт-Петербурга), выделены их основные достоинства и недостатки, которые поспособствуют созданию уникального проекта на территории Свердловской области.

The article is devoted to the analysis of criteria for evaluating creative clusters, in particular on the territory of former industrial sites. The relevance of the topic is related to the uniqueness of the spaces where talented and creative people gather to develop their ideas and projects. These clusters are created on the basis of former industrial enterprises that have been rehabilitated and transformed into innovation centers. Thanks to the reconstruction of old industrial zones with limited access, new points of attraction are emerging that become accessible and attractive to new investors, businessmen and residents. This approach promotes the creation of mixed-use spaces where there is room for both living and working. The article will analyze the largest and most famous creative clusters of the country (in particular, Moscow and St. Petersburg), highlighting their main advantages and disadvantages, which will contribute to the creation of a unique project in the Sverdlovsk region.
