Abstract

В ходе работы была проанализирована предметная область, сделан обзор аналогов, на основании которого был выбран подходящий инструмент для разработки, согласно постановки задачи проектирования смоделированы процессы принятия заказа и обработки, логистический процесс, проведены результаты моделирования и последующие эксперименты. По результатам экспериментов удалось найти оптимальное количество персонала, решающего поставленные задачи эффективнее, тем самым увеличив доходы предприятия.
