Жилищно-бытовые условия граждан, временно оказавшихся на территории Свердловской области, в 1945–1946 годах: что говорят архивные документы

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с жилищно-бытовыми условиями слабозащищенных категорий граждан в период непосредственно после окончания Великой Отечественной войны. Делается акцент на том, что условия их быта и проживания были наиболее тяжелыми. Источниковой базой стали архивные материалы из фондов Центра документации общественных организаций Свердловской области (ЦДООСО).

The article deals with issues related to the living conditions of vulnerable categories of citizens in the period immediately after the end of the Great Patriotic War. The source base for writing the article was archival materials from the funds of the Center for Documentation of Public Organizations of the Sverdlovsk Region (CDPOSR). Emphasis is placed on the fact that the conditions of their life and residence were the most difficult. It is emphasized that often local authorities and chiefs showed unacceptable indifference to newly arrived citizens for temporary residence.
